Hands down, one of my favorites from Night Shift Brewing is the 87. Named after their address, 87 Santilli Highway in Everett, the 87 is an American Double IPA that is very well balanced. You get aromas of pine and citrus as soon as you run your nose over the glass. The taste is of citrus, tropical fruit, and fresh grass. The bitterness is not too overpowering, but rather quite pleasant. Overall, the 87 is just one of those beers that you need to try if you make your way to the brewery or happen to find it in a store near you.
