Gun Hill Brewing Company: Mosaic Soft Serve 3%

You wouldn't think a 3% IPA exists, but Mosaic Soft Serve from Gun Hill Brewing Company has made one. Foggy yellow in color, Mosaic Soft Serve has a very light lemon aroma to it. The taste is also very light and includes flavors of pine. Overall, I wasn't a big fan of Mosaic Soft Serve. There just wasn't enough flavor to keep me wanting to drink it. I will, however, give Gun Hill Brewing another shot when I find another one of their beers in a store near me.
