Foundation Brewing Company: Cosmic Bloom 5.8%

To start off Portland week as I'm going to call it, we have Cosmic Bloom from Foundation Brewing Company. Cosmic Bloom is an American Ale brewed with Galaxy, Amarillo, Centennial, Azacca, and Magnum hops. This beer smelled absolutely amazing. You get grapefruit and mango aromas as soon as it comes out of the can. The taste starts off bitter with flavors of grapefruit, orange, berry and mango. Overall, the more I drank Cosmic Bloom the more I ended up liking it. It's one of those beers that you'll end up falling in love with the deeper you get into it.
